Low Pressure to our West has now shifted further North and this is allowing South-West/Westerly winds to bring in some fresher, cooler air. If you’ve been having trouble sleeping due to the high humidity and night time temperatures, that’ll all clear throughout Monday.

As we move through the course of this week, showers or longer periods of rain will effect mainly Western and Northern parts but may spread further South and East from time to time but otherwise generally a calm, quiet week weather-wise, as we move into the Bank Holiday Weekend however models are beginning to indicate an area of low pressure pushing across the United Kingdom bringing a period of wetter, winder weather which will set us up with a new weather pattern, or, one we became accustomed to during the first part of this summer, which seems to be a period of cooler, unsettled weather taking us into the final days of August and into September.
